Victoria C. Rosario

Victoria C. Rosario is pursuing her doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration from Drexel University, with an expected graduation in June 2012.  Her dissertation research investigates the technological expectations of community college professionals and students.  She has served the Los Rios Community College District (LRCCD) in Sacramento, Ca in a range of administrative roles since 2000.  She assumed her post as Associate Vice Chancellor in 2007.  Previously, she served as the Matriculation Coordinator for the California Community Colleges Chancellor's Office.
